Octavius TC are absolutely thrilled to announce that the next show we are producing is our very own version of 1984 by George Orwell.
As the modern world grapples with the timeless struggles of 1984’s society; oppression, surveillance, authoritarianism – the novel is as relevant as ever.
Octavius’ 1984 aims to bring a modern spin to the classic. The script has been painstakingly adapted for this purpose whilst retaining all of what makes the legendary dystopia so compelling. The modernised version of the oppressive Ingsoc regime will hit audiences right were they live.
Rehearsals are in full swing, the set and props are being made and the show is shaping up to be something special! Book now at the top of this page!
