Octavius TC are absolutely thrilled to announce that the next show we are producing is our very own version of 1984 by George Orwell.
As the modern world grapples with the timeless struggles of 1984’s society; oppression, surveillance, authoritarianism – the novel is as relevant as ever.
Octavius’ 1984 aims to bring a modern spin to the classic. The script has been painstakingly adapted for this purpose whilst retaining all of what makes the legendary dystopia so compelling. The modernised version of the oppressive Ingsoc regime will hit audiences right were they live.
With r&d and rehearsals commencing in 2025, keep an eye on this page to be one of the first to book in at a 2026 showing!
